The countdown has finally begun: It is exactly 4 weeks to the 1st International Colloquium on Genocides and War Crimes!
The Colloquium, scheduled for Friday, 1st March, 2013, at the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington DC., is co-sponsored by The O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law (http://www.law.georgetown.edu/oneillinstitute/) and the Human Rights Action (http://georgetownlaw.orgsync.com/org/ghraai/), both of Georgetown University, Washington, DC.
Confirmed participants includes representatives of Governments and peoples/ethnic nationalities impacted by Genocides, War Crimes and other crimes against humanity.
It is important to forgive. To forget is impossible and counter-productive as such may engender a repeat of dastardly acts.
