Report indicates that $1 million from an anti-poverty program was used to finance a trip to Lagos by American pop stars Beyoncé Knowles and her husband Jay-Z, by then Governor (now President) Goodluck Jonathan of Bayelsa State, in Nigeria’s Niger Delta.
As Beyonce
